Hardware Installation

Turn off the power to the computer.1.

Unplug the power cord and remove your computer’s cover.2.

Remove the slot bracket from an available PCIe slot.3.

To install the card, carefully align the card’s bus connector with the 4.

Replace the slot bracket holding screw to secure the card.5.

Replace the computer cover and reconnect the power cord.6.

Verifying Windows Driver Installation

Right click 1. My Computer, then click Manage. Click Device Manager.

Click on the 2. +(plus sign) in front of Ports in the right pane (COM &

LPT). Four High-Speed PCIe Serial Port should be displayed.
